The Birth Workshop
A 1-day Childbirth Education Class
Pulling from my more than a decade of Doula work and childbirth education experience, I have created this intensive, hands on workshop for you and your partner to come and learn as much as possible about what to expect during labor, and after!
Class is offered in a small group setting, 4 couples and myself in a one day workshop that is educational, informative, collaborative and very actively hands on for all parties!
You will be encouraged to bring a labor/exercise ball, a bath towel, and a couple of pillows. Snacks and beverages highly encouraged.
