Classes starting January 2024​ I am now certified to teach childbirth education classes via Birth Boot Camp, and I can’t wait to have parents come learn everything they can from evidence based materials to be as prepared for childbirth as they can be!

Childbirth Class Options

Comprehensive 10 Week Class
This class includes everything you need to know to be prepared for anything birth may bring you. Having the knowledge to make informed choices for YOUR labor and birth of your child is what matters most!

This class is best started around week 25-28 of pregnancy. This is a group class setting with up to 4 couples.

The next class begins Thursday April 11 from 6-830pm

$100 due at registration for class supplies and to hold your spot

**Also Available as a hybrid class option with professionally filmed with closed captioning, and a weekly Zoom check in with me.

One on One Childbirth Education
This is the Comprehensive class, but for those who don't want a group class setting, I can offer you and your partner private classes!
Wednesday evenings, 630-9pm

Homecoming - Life with Your New Recruit
This 4 hour class helps you navigate life with your new baby. (3.5 hours of Breastfeeding videos from Melanie Shepard, IBCLC included) plus information on baby care, baby wearing, safe sleep, postpartum topics and more to help you and your partner get off to a great start with your little one.
$125/Couple

Hospital Birth Class
This class is specifically for the hospital birthers! it is a 6 week class, 2.5 hour sessions each. this class covers topics such as Comfort measures, pain relief options including epidural, inductions and other interventions, the stages of labor, and more!

Comfort Measures Workshop
This is a class just covering comfort measures for you and your partner to use during labor!

Putting tools into your toolbox is key to having a great birth experience. So come learn some of my favorite moves in this 4 hour class!
